As a first-time mom, I was super nervous about my pregnancy and all the appointments that came with it. After my first visit with Dr. Lavigne, I knew I was in good hands. His approach is very reassuring, and he really took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I loved how he provided printed materials about what to expect in the coming months, which was incredibly helpful. The office staff was also really friendly and made the check-in process seamless. One of the things that stood out was how he encouraged me to voice my concerns and preferences regarding my delivery plan. My only critique would be that sometimes, the wait times can be a bit longer than expected, but it’s definitely worth it for the quality of care. I’ve since referred several friends to him, and I can’t recommend him enough!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Lavigne took the time to listen to my concerns during my appointment, which I really appreciated. His knowledge and expertise are evident, and he made me feel comfortable asking questions. The office was clean and organized, which made a great first impression. I’ve had some anxiety about my health, but he really eased my worries. The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps a bit more flexibility in scheduling appointments, as it can be tough to find a time that works for both of us. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled physician!

I recently switched to Dr. Lavigne after being with another doctor for years, and I'm so glad I did! The experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who immediately made me feel welcome. The waiting area is comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long before I was called back. Dr. Lavigne himself is incredibly warm and personable. He took the time to ask about my medical history and current health concerns, making me feel like I was more than just another patient. I loved how he made sure to explain each step of the examination process and answered all my questions in detail. One thing I really appreciated was that he encouraged me to take an active role in my healthcare decisions. The only room for improvement would be to enhance the follow-up process; I would have loved to receive a quick summary of our discussion via email after my visit. Nevertheless, I left the office feeling empowered and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Lavigne for anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled gynecologist!
